Alphie Sub-processors

To deliver the Alphie service, we work with a small number of trusted third-party companies ("sub-processors") that may process personal data on our behalf. Each sub-processor is engaged only to the extent necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service; operates under a Data Processing Agreement (or equivalent terms) with us; and is required to apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. Alphie remains responsible for the processing carried out by these sub-processors.

A note on AI providers:Where Alphie uses third-party AI providers, customer and visitor data is processed solely to provide the service. Under the configurations Alphie uses, this data is not used to train the providers' underlying foundation models.
