# Adding Alphie to your privacy policy

Alphie acts as a service provider on your behalf, so your privacy policy -- not ours -- is what visitors agree to when they start a chat. Paste the paragraph below into your policy, adjusting the bracketed parts.

Chat assistant. Our website uses a chat assistant operated by Alphie (AI Recruitment Technologies Inc.), a third-party service provider acting on our behalf. When you use the chat, Alphie collects the messages you send, the pages you visit on our site, and technical information about your browser and device. Alphie processes this data solely to provide the chat service to us and does not use it for its own purposes, including advertising or training AI models.
